It is people who produce our products. One can say that the production process starts with the development of human resources.
Although there are thousands of educational materials and curricula on general topics such as business manners, the desirable attitude of a full-fledged member of society or how to operate a computer, producing products is not such an easy task that can be conducted with only such knowledge.
To seek working knowledge that cannot be obtained simply by attending in-house training sessions or professional seminars, our engineers are sometimes trained at the customer’s work site as a slitter operator, or sometimes lectured by partners on the distribution of the materials of our machine parts or the secrets of the precision work and techniques of craftsmen.
Both our company and employees have been nourished by stakeholders. We believe that these favors can only be repaid by continuing to produce good machines. This principle of co-existence and co-prosperity constitutes the backbone of our company.
Engineers visit partner companies and listen to the opinions and suggestions of the workers.
